At Kinkly Shop, we want you to feel confident in your style, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn apparel with original tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain intimate items and accessories are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and including the printed return authorization slip.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
